An empty programme guide can be frustrating, but it does not mean the stream itself is unavailable. If channels play normally, preserve the working account while checking the schedule layer. Note whether the problem affects every channel or only selected entries.
Check the guide update
Look for the player’s EPG or programme-guide refresh control. Use it once and wait for completion. If the app shows an update error or timestamp, record it. Some players require separate guide configuration; use only the guide information supplied for your account rather than guessing a public source.
Compare coverage
Open several channels from different groups and inspect their schedules. If some entries work, report the exact channels with missing data. If all are empty, include the app version and when the guide last worked. A blank future slot is also different from a completely empty guide.
Avoid unnecessary account deletion
Reimporting the whole subscription may remove favourites or local organisation. It is not the first step when live video already works. Ask support about the schedule source or mapping with your observations, and keep screenshots free of full playlist URLs and account credentials.
Your checklist
- Verify live playback separately.
- Refresh schedule data once.
- Record which channels have missing guide information.
What to take away
A useful report says “channels play, guide is empty” and identifies the scope. That directs attention to schedule data instead of an otherwise working login.
