A useful support request explains what you expected, what happened and how to reproduce it. You do not need to know the technical cause. Give observable details so the team can distinguish a login failure, a single-channel issue and a device-wide network problem.
Describe the smallest failing example
Include device model, player name and version, the exact error text and when the issue began. For live TV, give the channel name. For a movie or series, include title, year and episode where relevant. Add your local time and timezone for intermittent problems.
Run one comparison
Try another channel or title without changing the network. If practical, compare the same item on a second supported device while respecting your connection allowance. State the result clearly: for example, one channel fails but two others play. Avoid claiming the whole service is down from a single failed feed.
Send only useful evidence
A screenshot of the error can help, but crop out passwords, playlist URLs, payment details and unrelated notifications. List the changes you already made, including any reinstall or reset. Use the official WhatsApp or Telegram links on this site so the report reaches the intended support contact.
Your checklist
- Device model and app version.
- Exact error and failing channel or title.
- Time, timezone and connection type.
- One comparison result and any changes already tried.
Should I factory-reset before contacting support?
Usually it is better to collect evidence first. A reset can remove saved access and settings without addressing an account or feed problem.
