Your player account, IPTV subscription and app-store account can be different credentials. Keep the activation message from support and label trial and paid profiles clearly. Before replacing a working configuration, confirm which account and server address the change is meant for.
Check the input before resetting
Compare the supplied server, username and password character by character. Check for leading or trailing spaces, especially after copying from a message. Preserve capitalisation and punctuation. A complete playlist URL belongs in a playlist field; splitting it into unrelated fields can cause login failure.
Confirm the account state
If a previously working login stops, check whether the trial or plan has reached its expiry and whether another stream is active. Give support the approximate activation date and the error message. Do not keep requesting new trials as a substitute for diagnosing the existing paid account.
Keep sensitive details private
Do not include passwords or full playlist links in public screenshots, reviews or forum posts. If details were exposed, ask support to rotate the relevant access credentials. Update saved profiles on your devices after a rotation and verify that you are not still opening an older profile.
Your checklist
- Distinguish player fees from subscription access.
- Label trial and paid profiles.
- Check expiry and active streams.
- Redact credentials from screenshots.
Should I send my password in the first support message?
Start with the device, player, error and account context. Use only the official support channel for any private verification that is actually needed.
