Series libraries can present seasons, specials and episodes differently across players. Start from the series entry and inspect the available season list. A search result that opens the wrong episode may reflect navigation or saved resume state rather than a missing season.
Read the catalogue labels
Check the series title and version, then the season and episode numbers shown by the player. Specials may appear separately from the main sequence. If two listings have similar names, compare the year or available description before selecting one.
Distinguish resume from selection
A Continue Watching shortcut may reopen the last position or episode. To test the catalogue itself, open the series listing directly and select the intended episode. Note whether the player respects that choice. If it repeatedly opens another item, record the exact selection sequence and app version.
Report a specific mismatch
Send the series name, season, displayed episode label and what actually plays. Include a timestamp if the problem occurs after playback starts. A report saying only that a series is wrong is difficult to reproduce when several versions or seasons exist.
Your checklist
- Open the series listing directly.
- Check season and episode labels.
- Compare the selected item with the content that plays.
What to take away
The clearest report identifies both the catalogue entry you selected and the result you received. That separates a missing episode from a resume or mapping issue.
