A trial is most useful when it resembles your normal viewing. Choose your main television or device and the home connection you expect to use. Test at a time when you can watch, navigate and report an issue before the trial expires.
Choose your own test list
Write down a few channels you regularly watch, one movie and one series episode. Add any essential language, subtitle or sports requirement. A random working channel does not tell you whether your preferred content and controls suit you. Ask support to confirm a specific title or event if it is central to your decision.
Check more than picture quality
Use the remote to search, switch categories, save a favourite and leave playback. Check the audio output you normally use, including a soundbar if applicable. Close and reopen the app once. A setup that only works immediately after installation may need attention before you rely on it.
Record useful results
Keep brief notes with channel or title, time, device and what happened. If a stream fails, compare one other item without changing the connection. Tell support whether the issue is isolated or widespread. Resolve important failures during the trial instead of assuming a longer subscription will change them.
Your checklist
- Confirm the trial expiry with support.
- Test your preferred content on your normal screen.
- Record exact issues and one comparison result.
What to take away
A successful trial answers a personal question: does this account work for the way you actually watch? It is more informative than a few seconds on a single channel.
